Name of the Post: Cyber Crime Consultant (Software Support personnel)

Total No of Post: 08 (EIGHT) – one each for 8 Cyber Crime Police

Remuneration: Rs. 35000.00 (Rupees Thirty five thousand) only per month and enhancement of Rs. 

1000.00 (One thousand) only per year subject to their satisfactory performance, attendance etc.

Educational Qualification: 

1. B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & 

Instrumentation Engineering. 

or

2. BCA/ B.Sc. with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

Desirable Skills:

I. Certificate in Digital Forensic by C-DAC or any other Government recognised training agency or 

reputed institute. 

II. Experience of Data Recovery / Analysis / Carving with any of the standard Cyber Forensic Tools and 

working experience of forensic tools like Encase, FTK, Paraben, HelixDeft, Winhex, Win UFO, Internet 

Evidence Finder (IEF), E-discovery, Autopsy etc. 

III. Ability to make forensically sound images of digital media, i.e. SATA, IDE, Flash drive using imaging 

software (such as FTK imager etc.) both software and hardware based write blocking devices. 

IV. Experience in doing forensically sound images of Cellular Phone, exploitation and extracting reIevant

data using UFED Celebrite, XRY, Oxygen Forensics, Mobiledit, MPE+, Paraben or any other open source 

tools.

V. Knowledge of different PC & Mobile Os like Windows, Linas, Mac OS, IOs, Android, Windows Mobile OS 

andits file system. 

VI. Knowledge of Network Forensics and any one tools like NeSA etc. 

VII. Working knowledge of e-mall Investigation, Stenography, File / Folder / Partition / Drive Encryption. 

VIII. Experience of wiping, verifying and validating media before and after conducting and examination.

c. Scanned image of the following documents:

i. Copy of certificate/ mark sheet of educational qualifications. 

ii. Copy of Birth certificate/ Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent as age proof. 

iii. A copy of document as a proof for residential address (preferably Aadhar card) 

3. After screening of the applications, eligible candidates would be intimated in due course for attending 

the written question paper containing MCQs will be set and evaluated by the NIC / C-DAC / IT 

Department member. The qualifying marks may be fixed by the Committee depending on the vacancy 

to be filled and other requirements. 

The candidates qualified after the written examination may be called for practical test, if required. 

The qualifying candidates shall be called for an interview before the selection board for assessment. 

The interview shall have a maximum of 15% weightage in the total assessment. A panel of selected 

candidates in the order of merit shall be prepared which will be valid for 6 months from the last date of 

Interview. However, appointment shall be issued only in the order of merit. 

4. The candidates shortlisted for Interview will be intimated by E-mail only.

5. The engagement of the Software Support Personnel will be on contractual basis. The terms and 

conditions of the engagement will be as per Government rules. 

6. Last Date of Application is 06/03/2020.

No TA/DA shall be given while attending the test/interview.

The Center's telecom ministry on Friday night allowed telecom companies to pay for the pending tax after issuing a speedy directive following the Supreme Court's.That deadline has passed.Not a single penny came in the center store.  For this, the Telecom office is officially facing what action will be taken against the telecom companies, or whether any action will be taken at all.  According to many in the concerned , Rabishankar Prasad's ministry could not fix the position of the government despite the storm in the telecom industry.  On October 25, the Supreme Court ruled that telecom companies.

Ravi Shankar Prasad's ministry could not determine the government's position.  On October 27, the apex court had asked telecom companies to pay 5 lakh crore in three months for payment of spectrum usage charges and licensing fees.  Baccalaureate is the largest of the two telecom companies - Vodafone - Idea and Airtel. They didn't pay. In this situation, the telecom ministry issued a directive on January 20 saying that even if telecom companies disobey the Supreme Court's order, punitive business could not be taken against them.  The apex court on Friday scolded the center for such guidance. They order the arrears not to be due before March 7 - the court will be subject to contempt.  The two companies' creditors. The Supreme Court is up to March 3. However, why is the telecom ministry only paying telecom companies?

Today, of course, Vodafone. It said that the amount of the payment will be met, it is being checked.  It will be erased as soon as possible in the next few days.  But at the same time, they reminded them of their financial situation.Towards this end, there is no law in the country!  It is better to leave the country than to be in this country, yesterday.  The Supreme Court today made a statement to Congress after criticizing the Center in such language, with arrears from private and telecom companies.Modi government withdrew.  In fact, those companies benefit in the 6th times.

Being checked  The industry is saying, well If British telecoms company Vodafone has to jump into this country.we are nothing to know what happening in future .......in that situation Vodafone India is closed or not ??

It has been nearly two and a half months since Google released Android 10. Apart from Pixel, such as Essential, OnePlus, Xiaomi have already rolled out the stable version of the latest Android version to many of their phones while other companies Samsung, LG,Mi,and Huawei,Realme, Nokia are releasing the beta version of Android 10.

Asus also released the official and stable(but its have many bug) version of Android 10 to its flagship device Asus 6Z in India and Asus ZenFone 6 in the U.S. However, there is no confirmation from the company yet regarding the Android 10 update, but asus give beta version of Android 10 for m1 &m2 for testing purpose, on asus website 31.1.2020 but same time they provide us to downgrade to android pie update file because,asus know this update is not stable and contains many hurmfull bug.

 Asus max pro M1 was released in May2018 with Android 8 Oreo out of the box. When Google came up with Android 9 Pie in August 2018, Asus did not release any Android update for the device till the end of the year. Later, six months to the take time roll out Android 9 and company released the updated model Asus Max Pro M2 in December 2018, it didn’t see Android 9 Pie either but came up with the same old Android 8 Oreo out of the box. It was in April this year when Asus released the Android 9 Pie updates to both Asus Max Pro M1 and Asus Max Pro M2.

And Last month, Asus released the October Android Security Patch with an update for both the Max Pro devices (v16.2017.1910.059 for Max Pro M1 and v16.2017.1910.071 for Max Pro M2) that also fixed some , the bugs.and now asus really provide good update.

It is quite clear that Asus has always been lazy in the matter of pushing the latest Android updates to its devices. Going by the timeframe the company has maintained last time when it released Android 9 Pie to Max Pro M1 and Max Pro M2, it seems we won’t be able to see the anticipated update for the devices before the second quarter of 2020.

And my thoughts, asus give beta version of Android 10 for max m1 and m2 January 31 and there devoloper team working on this update to deliver us stable bugs free update. now February is running and i hope, February 25 to 29 maybe march Frist week asus delivering letest stable android 10 update with interesting new features.
